Role: Azure AD B2C Lead (Customer Identity Architecture)

Hyderabad, India We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to own the end-to-end architecture, modernization, and operational maturity of our customer identity platform (Bose). This role requires a deep expert in Azure AD B2C / Microsoft Entra External ID who can set the target-state architecture while remaining hands-on with complex custom policies and integrations. What You’ll Own: Identity Architecture: Design secure, scalable authentication and authorization experiences across web, mobile, e-commerce, and connected products. Custom Policies (IEF): Build and maintain complex user journeys, claims transformations, REST API integrations, and external identity provider configurations. Azure Ecosystem: Provide architectural leadership across the broader Azure environment (Key Vault, API Management, Functions, Azure Monitor) ensuring seamless integration. DevSecOps & Automation:



Automate tenant configurations, policy deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using IaC (Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions). Security & Compliance: Implement Zero Trust principles, MFA, passwordless authentication, and secure handling of customer PII in line with GDPR/CCPA. What We’re Looking For: Deep hands-on experience with Azure AD B2C custom policies, technical profiles, and claims orchestration. Robust background in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and JWT. Proven ability to lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and act as a technical escalation point for complex identity issues. Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization is a plus. Background in migrating legacy IAM, Okta, Auth0, or Ping Identity to Azure is highly preferred.
