About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive direct Solar EPC project sales, including rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, techno-commercial negotiations, project sales, and contract closures.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive direct Solar EPC sales across C&I;, industrial, institutional, and large-scale segments.
• Generate current business opportunities and acquire key clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Handle techno-commercial proposals, negotiations, and project pricing.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.




• Build strategic client relationships and manage key accounts.
• Lead and guide the sales team. Required Experience &

Skills:
• 8–10 years of experience in direct Solar EPC project sales.
• Strong experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
• Proven B2B / C&I; Solar EPC sales experience.
• Experience handling a cumulative project sales.
• MBA in Marketing / Business Administration will be preferred.
