Role Description We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with proficient expertise in SRE, GCP, and GKE to own the reliability of mission-critical, multi-region workloads. This hands-on senior individual contributor role focuses on engineering reliability and automation into the platform, leading major incidents, establishing service-level practices, improving resilience, and raising the reliability bar across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Operate, troubleshoot, and improve mission-critical, multi-region workloads running on GKE. Apply SRE principles to improve the availability, reliability, scalability, and resilience of services hosted on GCP. Lead P1 and P2 production incidents, coordinating technical response and making appropriate rollback and traffic-shift decisions.



Lead post-incident reviews and root cause analysis, translating findings into sustainable reliability improvements. Troubleshoot complex production issues affecting GCP and GKE workloads and partner with engineering teams to implement permanent fixes. Design and validate multi-region failover strategies and support recovery objectives and disaster-recovery testing. Drive production-readiness practices so services launch with appropriate monitoring, runbooks, capacity planning, and resilience.
