Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners, and support strategic growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, conducting meetings and presentations, managing accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, preparing proposals, negotiating agreements,



and providing regular updates and reports to leadership on market trends and performance. Qualifications
• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on expanding client and partner networks.
• Solid understanding of Business and market dynamics, preferably within EdTech, education, or corporate training sectors.
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Account Management, nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets, manage a sales pipeline, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data analysis to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
• High level of initiative, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
