Position Description Major Responsibilities for this Position :
• Ensure product confirmation as per quality standards at CP8+CP6
• Control inspection process as per defined process and work guideline
• Define Shift planning, allocation of TM, once in a shift rotation and Skill development
• Decision on line Quality of product, rework approval, escalation of repetitive defects Primary Responsibilities
• Efficiency: 1.1)Coordinate for final acceptance and granting the product quality approval for Quality checkpoint CP8+CP6 1.2)Control and monitor KPI on Team Leader Board 1.3)Electrical problem analysis from IBN 4 1.4)Ensure effective Manpower utilization by Running micro projects, trainings in case of production early stoppage
• Quality: 2.1) Control Quality as per standard through check sheet 2.2) Communication and actions on Vehicle audit and DKA audit issues feedback 2.3) Conduct Ghost car audit activity as per plan and Qualification of team 2.4)



Monitoring of team member performance with respect to vehicle audit and DKA
• Coordination: 3.1)Monitor development of team member, rotation, skill matrix, tact allocation 3.2)Ensure discipline online, co-ordinate with HR for in disciplinary issues , 5S 3.3)Coordinate with production for product and process problem solving and analysis
• Qualification and Employee Engagement: 4.1)Approve recommendation of Leave in LMS of team 4.2)Define and control Check sheet, SWS, Process standard preparation and updating 4.3)Ensure internal process & product audit and tracking of performance 4.4)Approve recommendation for Value star, Thank you card, certificate for additional efforts taken for Quality and positive performance
• Systems 5.1)Ensure data entry in traveler card and FIS-eQS are as per process and work guideline
