Position: Client Servicing/Account Manager

Vijayawada Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Servicing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mainline advertising, preferably handling Government and PSU clients. The ideal candidate should have solid client management skills, a good understanding of advertising and media, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and strong client relationships.
• Manage and coordinate integrated advertising campaigns across Print, Television, Radio and Outdoor (OOH). Knowledge of Digital Media will be an added advantage.
• Work closely with internal teams across Creative, Design, Media and Technology to ensure alignment on project requirements, deliverables, priorities and timelines.
• Develop clear, insightful and inspiring creative briefs based on client requirements and campaign objectives.
• Review and quality-check creative outputs, media plans, proposals and presentations before sharing them with clients.
• Maintain daily project trackers,



campaign status reports and relevant documentation to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Undertake research on industry categories, consumer behaviour, competition and emerging market trends to support campaign planning and client presentations.
• Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management or a similar role in an advertising agency.
• Prior experience in handling Government and PSU accounts in a mainline advertising environment is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of traditional media, advertising processes and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, coordination and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be a confident client manager, a good team player and someone who can take ownership of assignments from briefing to execution.
