Key Responsibilities
• Call webinar attendees and prospective clients to follow up and build relationships.
• Explain Indiacharts’ services and Insiders Club subscription plans to potential clients. You will not give investment advice or stock recommendations.
• Help new clients through the onboarding process from start to finish.




• Answer client queries promptly and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups and client interactions in Google Sheets or the CRM.
• Work with internal teams to make onboarding smooth for every client. Requirements
• Graduate or final-year student, preferably in B.
Com, BBA, Finance, MBA (Finance) or a related field.
• Good understanding of the stock market, including equities, indices and basic market terms.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable talking with clients over the phone.
• Fluent in English and Hindi. Kannada is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Proactive, focused on clients and eager to learn.
• Able to join immediately.
