This role is vital to ensuring effective parts inventory management, exceptional customer service, and strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills, automotive parts expertise, and a commitment to supporting our team and customers. Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department, including inventory control and ordering
• Develop and maintain relationships with parts suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
• Lead, train, and motivate parts department staff to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of parts sales and inventory levels, ensuring proper stock to meet service demands
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to support overall dealership operations
• Implement processes to monitor and improve parts profitability and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Requirements
• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role in an automotive environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
• Proficient in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in automotive parts management is a plus Benefits
