Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Lead test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation for complex product features.
• Apply robust testing fundamentals to identify risks, uncover edge cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code to build automation solutions, testing utilities, and engineering tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to drive a quality-first engineering culture.
• Continuously improve automation coverage, test reliability, execution efficiency, and overall product quality.
• Champion innovation by evaluating and implementing modern testing approaches, including AI/GenAI-powered testing solutions.
• Contribute to developing testing best practices, coding standards, and quality engineering frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery practices.
• Take ownership of quality outcomes, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives through completion. Required Qualifications
• 6-10 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, and test automation.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, including functional, integration, regression, exploratory, performance, and API testing.
• Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in any of these languages TypeScript,



Java, Python, or C#, with a solid understanding of software design principles.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, embrace challenges, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Exposure to GenAI, AI-assisted testing, Agentic Testing, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven engineering organizations.
