- ₹20,000 per month (Commensurate with skills and experience) Industry: Food & Beverage / Hospitality Arsalan Restaurants is looking for 25 analytical, data-driven, and sharp Bookkeepers to manage physical stock tracking and inventory analytics across our busy restaurant operations. If you are great with numbers, highly organized, and have a strong understanding of inventory management, we want you on our team. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities
• Physical Tracking: Maintain rigorous physical and digital logs of Goods Received Notes (GRN), daily kitchen usage, operational balance, and ideal usage benchmarks.
• Stock Accounting: Manage real-time inventory balances and reconcile physical stock with records to identify variances or wastage.
• Predictive Indenting: Analyze historical sales trends and daily consumption patterns to generate accurate, proactive purchase indents.
• Data Analysis:



Use operational data to help optimize food costs and streamline supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:
• Strong analytical mindset with a highly data-driven approach to tracking.
• Prior experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or back-of-house restaurant accounting is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in tracking metrics (opening stock, consumption, wastage, closing stock).
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
