Responsibilities:
• Risk Framework: Design and maintain the enterprise risk management framework and policies.
• Risk Assessment:



Identify and assess operational, credit, and financial risks with the credit, operations, product, and collections teams.
• Compliance Policies: Draft and implement policies that meet regulatory, statutory, and legal requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Tracking and Reporting: Track compliance actions and report risk metrics and adherence to management.
• Training and Awareness: Train teams and assess their risk and compliance awareness to build a risk-aware culture.
• Audit Collaboration: Partner with internal audit to review adherence to compliance policies. Skills and relevant

experience:
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Risk and compliance functions in a mid layer or top layer NBFC or a Bank
• CA or CMA preferably
• Strong analytical skills and ability to get insight sand understanding trends and patterns from mass statistical data .
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and connect to the business requirements and find ways to design solutions with the other business stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal relationship and stakeholder management across functions
• Identify and implement GRC tools used in industry like Sprinto – designed and customised to business requirements, tracking and reporting using the tools.
