• Digital strategy — end-to-end ecosystem ownership
• Report-heavy analytics — independently owns reporting workflows
• Hands-on with Segments, Calculated Metrics, Classifications, Data Sources, Report Builder & Data Feeds in Adobe Analytics
• Adobe Target / Optimizely — hands-on, mandatory
• Statistics, A/B testing & experimentation methodology
• Pre-analysis — lift calculator, test sizing, hypothesis design
• Business acumen with client-facing stakeholder management




• Working understanding of AEP — audiences, data flows, activation, RT-CDP
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Launch (30–40% depth expected, not expert level) Good to Have:
• Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Foundational Data Science knowledge
