We're hiring our first-ever teammate. It could be you. schoool is a school management platform. It's how schools run admissions, attendance, fees, classes and communication, and that's a lot of people depending on one product every single day. We're growing, and we've reached the point where our customers deserve someone whose whole job is to look after them. That someone will be our very first hire. What you'll actually do
• Be the friendly face behind every support request, solving problems quickly and explaining things clearly
• Sit down (on a call or in person) with school admins and teachers and walk them through the product until they feel confident
• Check in with our customers regularly, so we hear from them before something goes wrong
• Collect feedback, make sense of it, and take it to the people building the product. Your notes will shape what we build next.
• Help us figure out how support should work here, because nobody has done it yet You might be right for this if you
• Explain complicated things simply, and stay patient when someone's having a tough day




• Pick up software quickly and like figuring out why something broke
• Write clearly and speak warmly
• Treat a customer's problem as your own
• Like building things from scratch more than following a playbook You don't need a fancy background. Curiosity, empathy and positive judgement matter more to us than a perfect CV. Experience in support, edtech or working with schools is a plus. Why join us
