Service Engineer – Burner Division

Experience:
Minimum 3 Years Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location:
Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Extensive Travel)

Key Responsibilities
•Commission, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial burners, combustion systems, and fuel trains. •Carry out process commissioning, combustion analysis, burner tuning, and performance optimization. •Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. •Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. •Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshoot systems even without drawings. •Perform preventive maintenance, modernization, retrofitting, and modification of existing installations. •Recommend suitable spare parts and service solutions to customers. •Train junior/trainee service engineers and other employees on burner operation, maintenance,



and troubleshooting. •Maintain service records and ensure safe and efficient operation of combustion systems. •Travel at short notice within the assigned region and occasionally across India or abroad. Required Skills & Experience •Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial burner manufacturers or authorized service providers. •Experience with brands such as Riello, Bentone, Elco, Ecoflam, Weishaupt, or equivalent. •Solid knowledge of combustion systems, fuel trains, burner controls, and combustion analysis. •Ability to read and write in English. •Willingness to work at customer sites, including overtime, weekends, and on-call assignments when required. Work Environment Field-based role at customer sites, occasionally involving extreme temperatures, noisy environments, and challenging working conditions.
