We are hiring: Finance Manager | Matta Naad | Kalady, Kerala We are looking for an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to lead financial planning, costing and reporting, strengthen financial controls, and provide strategic financial insights to Management.

Experience:
8-12 years Qualification: CMA / MBA Finance / M.
Com or equivalent Industry Preference: FMCG / Food Manufacturing

Location:
Kalady, Kerala

Key Responsibilities
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• Oversee product costing, manufacturing costs and cost optimization
• Analyze product-wise profitability, margins and cost variances
• Monitor working capital, fund flow and inventory valuation
• Prepare financial MIS, management reports and profitability statements
• Ensure financial controls,



statutory compliance and audit coordination
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to Management

Requirements:
• Solid experience in finance, costing and financial analysis
• Good understanding of manufacturing / FMCG operations
• Expertise in taxation, budgeting and financial management
• Excellent analytical, leadership and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems Mandatory: Candidates must be fluent in Malayalam.
