Freshers / Experienced What will you do? Handle inbound customer calls through the IVR system. Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions. Resolve queries on the first call wherever possible. Maintain accurate customer interaction records. Ensure a positive customer experience and meet quality standards. What are we looking for? Good verbal communication skills in English. Hindi/Marathi communication is an added advantage. Good listening skills and a transparent voice. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
