Role Description The Jr. Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and supporting campaign execution in line with overall digital marketing strategies. The person in this role will collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align messaging,



maintain brand consistency, and respond to audience interactions. The Jr. Social Media Marketing Manager will also assist in researching trends, experimenting with new formats, and preparing performance reports to refine future campaigns. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing to plan campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, engaging copywriting and effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn insights) and ability to interpret data for optimization.
• Familiarity with graphic design or creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
