The firm is recognized for its dedicated 3D modeling team with strong MEP expertise, creating clash-free coordinated 3D models, sections, and detailed drawings for building projects. Role Description The Civil 3D BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing accurate and coordinated BIM models for building projects, with a focus on civil and MEP elements. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating 3D models in Civil 3D and other BIM tools, preparing construction drawings, sections, and details, and ensuring clash detection and resolution in coordination with the design team. The role involves close collaboration with engineers and architects to interpret design inputs, apply relevant standards,



and maintain model integrity and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working with Civil 3D or similar BIM platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Architecture and Modeler responsibilities, including understanding building layouts and translating designs into detailed models.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and Construction Drawings preparation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering and architectural plans, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in MEP or building services modeling and familiarity with BS and international standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project deadlines.
• Solid communication skills and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous learning in BIM practices.
