About the Role
We are launching a premium yet accessible cosmetics retail store of approximately 1,400 sq. ft. in the heart of Sinnar. We are looking for a motivated, curious, and highly responsible person who is genuinely passionate about cosmetics, beauty products, skincare, personal care, aesthetics, health and nutrition, and retail business. Prior work experience is not mandatory. What matters most is curiosity, passion, ownership mindset, and the willingness to learn how a cosmetics retail business is built and managed. This role is suitable for freshers, aspiring entrepreneurs, or candidates who want hands-on experience in managing and growing a retail business from the ground up. Reporting & Team Structure Beauty Advisors: The store's Beauty Advisors report to the Operations Manager, who guides their daily work, shifts, sales, and customer service. Zoho ERP entries: The Beauty Advisors record the day-to-day sales, purchase, and return entries in Zoho ERP. The Operations Manager reviews these entries, checks them against stock and cash, and is accountable for their accuracy. GST filing: The Beauty Advisors prepare and file the GST returns from Zoho ERP data in coordination with our Chartered Accountant (CA). The Operations Manager reviews the returns before filing and is responsible for making sure every deadline is met.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Setup, Vendor Management & Product Selection
• Identify and connect with cosmetics, aesthetics, and health and nutrition brands, distributors, wholesalers, and suppliers
• Select brands, products, and SKUs that are trending and fit the local market across cosmetics, aesthetics, and health (weight loss, weight gain,



and general health and nutrition products)
• Help onboard suitable product brands for the store
• Support discussions around pricing, margins, credit terms, product returns, and supply terms
• Build and maintain vendor relationships
• Help curate the product range based on customer demand and market trends 2. Store Operations & Inventory
• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Oversee product stocking, replenishment, inventory tracking in Zoho ERP, and stock audits
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and SKUs
• Maintain proper store presentation, product display, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Ensure accurate inventory records in Zoho ERP and minimize stock losses 3. Team & Customer Management
• Lead and supervise the store's Beauty Advisors, who report to the Operations Manager
• Support hiring, training, and supervision of store staff
• Ensure good customer service and a positive shopping experience
• Help set and monitor sales targets
• Handle customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction 4. Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement
• Plan and support local marketing activities
• Manage customer outreach through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Help build and maintain a customer database
• Drive repeat customers through offers, engagement, and relationship-building 5. Financial & Compliance Support
• Track daily sales, expenses, billing, and store performance using Zoho ERP reports
• Review the sales, purchase, and return entries made in Zoho ERP by the Beauty Advisors
• Review the GST returns prepared by the Beauty Advisors and coordinate with our CA so that GST and basic compliance deadlines are met
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and documentation
• Help monitor margins, profitability, and operational efficiency 6. Business Growth
• Study customer preferences and local market trends
• Suggest new products, brands, SKUs, categories, and offers, including in aesthetics and health and nutrition
• Support strategies to increase sales and strengthen the store's presence in the market
• Take ownership of improving the business over time Key Skills
• Brand, product and SKU selection: spotting trending products with the right market fit in cosmetics, aesthetics, and health (weight loss, weight gain, and general health and nutrition products)

• Communication in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has:
• Strong interest and passion for cosmetics, beauty, skincare, personal care, and retail business
• Personal interest in aesthetics and health, including weight loss, weight gain, and general health and nutrition products, is highly desired
• Curiosity to learn about Indian cosmetics brands, product categories, ingredients, customer preferences, and market trends
• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
• Ability to work independently with honesty, discipline, and ownership
• Willingness to learn vendor management, inventory, sales, marketing, and store operations
• Basic comfort with mobile apps, WhatsApp, social media, billing systems such as Zoho ERP, and spreadsheets Experience Requirement Work experience is not compulsory. Freshers can apply if they are genuinely interested in cosmetics and retail business. However, experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:
