Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager and Content Writer role based in Navi Mumbai. The person in this role will plan and manage social media calendars, optimize content for multiple platforms, and oversee daily posting and engagement across channels. They will write and edit copy for social posts, captions, video scripts, and other brand content aligned with client goals and tone of voice. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the creative team on content strategy, analyzing performance metrics, implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO) tactics,



and suggesting data-informed improvements. The role also involves community management, trend research, and coordinating with clients to ensure brand consistency and high-impact storytelling. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve performance.
• Experience in Content Strategy and Writing to create cohesive narratives, engaging copy, and platform-specific content.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with clients and internal teams, and effective community engagement.
• Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok or equivalents) and basic analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret performance data, apply insights, and adjust content plans for better reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content calendars.
• Familiarity with short-form video trends; knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
