We’re Hiring | Lead Generation Associate for a Leading Insurance Broking Co. | Gurugram ?

Experience:
2–4 years ? CTC: Up to ₹4–5.5 LPA + Variables ?️ Working Days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls and other outreach channels.
• Identify potential corporate clients and understand their business requirements.
• Conduct initial conversations with prospects and assess their suitability.
• Schedule meetings and connect qualified leads with the sales team.
• Maintain a database of prospects, track lead status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve lead generation targets.

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Business Development.
• Solid calling, lead qualification, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Insurance or BFSI industry experience will be an added advantage.
