Remote / India About The Opportunity We are hiring for a recruitment Firm. We're building a network of Business Partners who bring us clients — companies with active hiring requirements. You open the door and get the client to sign a hiring mandate; our team takes over from there. This is a pure client-acquisition partnership, not a full time job. It suits someone with an existing network of hiring managers, HR heads, or founders who can open doors and convert them into signed mandates.

What You'll Do
• Identify and approach companies with active hiring requirements.
• Pitch recruitment services and get clients to sign a hiring mandate.
• Hand over the mandate to Recruitment team. That's the scope. You are not responsible for sourcing, screening, or closing candidates, and you are not the client's point of contact after handover — Recruitment team owns the client relationship and delivery. What You Earn
• Client onboarding payment (per client, one-time) A fixed payment per client you onboard, tiered by the number of active positions in the signed mandate — higher-volume mandates earn a higher payment.




• Revenue share on placement fees You earn a share of the placement fee for every position closed for clients you bring, paid after the client's payment clears. The onboarding payment is on top — the revenue share is where the real earning is, and it's uncapped. We'll walk you through the exact numbers on a call. Who This Suits

• No salary, no retainer, no other compensation. Earnings are solely the onboarding payment and the revenue share.
• Onboarding payment is paid on the client's first placement, not at signing — tied to a result.
• Revenue share is paid only on placement fees actually collected — not on invoices raised.
• If a placement is refunded or replaced under our client guarantee, the related share is adjusted.
• No exclusivity and no fixed costs. You bring clients, we deliver, you earn.
