Qualifications:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5
- 15 years of BIM experience, with proven project delivery in the UAE/GCC.
• Robust technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination.
• Experience with UAE authority approvals is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver and manage LOD 350 Mechanical BIM models with precision and accuracy.
• Lead BIM coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary workflows.
• Develop and manage BIM data using Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360 / ACC.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support local authority submissions and ensure compliance with UAE building codes
