Role Description: Part-Time Social Media Marketing Assistant

Hyderabad (Hybrid / Remote options available) Commitment: Part-time (approx. 15–20 hours per week) Role Overview We are looking for a strategy-minded, trends-obsessed Social Media Marketing Assistant based in Hyderabad to help scale our fine jewellery brand. We don't need you to sit and edit videos all day—we need your eye for marketing. You understand consumer psychology, why people buy luxury or everyday jewellery, and how to position a brand to capture attention. If you look at social media through a consumer-behavior lens and know how to turn casual viewers into paying customers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Creative Strategy: Brainstorm high-converting content concepts, styling angles, and reel series that showcase our jewellery pieces in a aspirational yet relatable way.
• Hook & Script Writing: Craft high-converting text hooks, compelling on-screen copy, and captions designed to drive saves, shares, and purchase inquiries.
• Trend & Competitor Analysis: Reverse-engineer successful luxury and aesthetic brands, identify rising audio/format trends, and adapt them strategically for our jewellery niche.
• Audience Research: Deep-dive into consumer pain points, gifting desires,



and comments to uncover what designs and content our target market actually wants to see.
• Performance Insights: Analyse social media metrics (reach, saves, link clicks) to figure out why a piece of content drove sales or failed, and use those insights to pivot the strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Marketing Mindset: A strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, consumer psychology, and brand positioning in the lifestyle/luxury sector.
• Aesthetic Eye: An understanding of high-end, clean visual presentation and storytelling that aligns with a premium jewellery brand.
• Analytical & Strategic: Able to look at data and trends to form actionable content strategies rather than just scrolling mindlessly.
• Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write sharp, persuasive text in English.
