Role Purpose The incumbent will be responsible for the Development and Maintenance on current and existing systems. Requirements Relevant Experience
• 6+ years’ experience in Delphi programming
• 4+ years’ experience of T-SQL in Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in Alice AI and API programming experience
• 3rd party components – Flexcel and DevExpress.
• Exposure to the Full Software Development Life Cycle Duties and Responsibilities Development
• Effectively investigate, develop, and maintain the Guardrisk’s in-house systems against the industry standards and the client requirements.
• Develop software code complaint with the Guardrisk technical and security standards and guidelines.
• Continuous system maintenance, bug fixes and enhancements as requested by the business.
• Understand and interpret complex technical system functionality and specifications.




• Understand databases and data relationships in respect of Change Control Documentation
• Support the capturing of user stories and develop the impact and technical analysis
• Ensure that relevant knowledge of the system exist by developing ongoing technical, user requirement and user manual documentation.
• Perform document reviews, requirements review and system functionality overviews. Testing
• Test and debug between programs & interface between sub-systems.
• Assist the testing team with functional testing and create documentation like test plans, test scripts as necessary. Planning
• Contribute to Agile planning sessions and retrospectives.
• Participate in Agile Ceremonies
