The Supply Chain Coordinator manages and oversees the movement of goods within the trading supply chain, ensuring that products are efficiently sourced and delivered while minimizing operational costs. This role serves as the critical link between vendors, logistics partners, and internal commercial teams to maintain optimal inventory flow, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Freight Coordination
• Coordinate and arrange order deliveries on a day-to-day basis
• Work closely with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to optimize transportation costs and minimize lead times.
• Resolve any issues or disruptions in the supply chain promptly to prevent delays.
• Create efficient, effective delivery schedules for the logistics operations. Inventory & Order Management
• Take ownership of customer orders in the back office and communicate updates to various operational departments.
• Maintain an accurate record of inventory and track all orders made and shipped.
• Utilize ERP and software systems to track shipments and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Provide timely updates regarding shipment readiness and order delivery schedules. Compliance & Documentation
• Arrange and verify documentation for all deliveries, ensuring strict adherence to import/export regulations.




• Apply working knowledge of Incoterms and regional customs documentation rules to prevent port clearance bottlenecks.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Stakeholder & Vendor Relations
• Communicate closely with suppliers and internal teams to form professional relationships and secure profitable deals.
• Evaluate supplier performance and assist in contract negotiations.
• Share statements of accounts and coordinate payment follow-ups as required. Requirements

Experience:
2–3 years of relevant qualified experience in supply chain coordination or logistics within a trading environment.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in Portuguese is highly preferred for managing local Angolan operations and vendors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and standard supply chain management software.
