₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) ?
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ? Weekly Off: Sunday About WEVOWWEVOW is a growing Indian ethnic wear manufacturer specializing in sarees, designer blouses, and handcrafted garments. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Fashion Designer to join our design and production team. Candidates with a genuine passion for ethnic wear, garment construction, and design development are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in designing blouses, sarees, and ethnic wear collections
• Develop current design concepts and creative ideas
• Prepare design sketches, measurement sheets, and technical specifications
• Assist in pattern development and sample creation
• Coordinate with the Pattern Master, Cutting Master, and production team
• Support fabric selection, colour combinations, and embellishment detailing
• Ensure proper fitting, finishing, and design accuracy
• Assist in monitoring sampling and production execution
• Research current fashion trends and market requirements
• Maintain design records and production-related documentation Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fashion designing
• Experience in blouse and ethnic wear designing is preferred
• Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, measurements, and patterns
• Basic understanding of production and sampling processes
• Creative, responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a garment manufacturing environment
