• 7 to 10 years of relevant Facilities Maintenance experience
• Strong exposure to:
• MEP Services
• HVAC
• Electrical Systems

• Asset Management / Facilities Maintenance Operations
• Experience working with:
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Maintenance Management Applications
• SAP exposure is acceptable but not mandatory Communication Requirements
• Good communication skills are mandatory.
• The role involves interaction with stakeholders from Australia and Recent Zealand, so candidates should be able to communicate professionally and confidently. CMMS vs SAP
