• Languages: Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable communicating with customers in both languages.

Education:
Graduation in any discipline is mandatory. Candidates currently pursuing any degree, diploma, or other course are not eligible.
•

Experience:
Freshers are welcome but candidates with 6 month prior sales or business development experience plus point.
• Work-from-Home Setup: Candidates must have their own personal laptop, reliable Wi-Fi connection, and reliable power backup. A mobile phone alone is not sufficient.
•

Working Hours
11:00 AM to approximately 8:00–8:30 PM. Candidates must be comfortable with these timings.
• Working Days: 6 days a week, with one rotational weekly off between Monday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
• Leave Policy: No leaves are permitted during the first 3 months of employment. Candidates must be comfortable with this condition before applying.
• Training, Mock Certification & OJT: The first month will include a structured training, Mock Certification, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) process.



Candidates must successfully clear the mock evaluation and obtain the Mock Certificate to qualify for OJT. During OJT, candidates will work on actual sales leads and must successfully close at least 2 sales within the first month to qualify for final onboarding.

About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Business Development Trainees to join Bhanzu's India Sales Team. In this role, you will interact with prospective customers over phone calls, understand their requirements, introduce Bhanzu's mathematics learning programs, explain course benefits, and guide parents through the enrollment process. This is a target-driven role suitable for individuals with strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills who are interested in building a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective customers and parents through outbound and follow-up calls.
• Understand customer requirements and explain Bhanzu's learning programs.
• Communicate course features, benefits, and learning outcomes effectively.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.




• Follow up with interested customers and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
