- Lead Analyst will be responsible for transforming complex business information, data, and strategic priorities into clear, compelling, leadership-ready narratives, presentations, and one-pagers. The ideal candidate will combine executive storytelling, creative thinking, communication, and strong analytical skills to understand different business contexts quickly and translate them into crisp, visually engaging, and decision-oriented communications. This role requires an individual who can independently determine the key message, storyline, insights, and executive takeaway, rather than simply designing presentations based on predefined content. The individual will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders and should be energetic, self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
& Responsibilities
• Translate complex business information, data, and stakeholder inputs into clear and compelling executive narratives.
• Develop high-quality leadership presentations, executive decks, one-pagers, strategic updates, and business communications.
• Create structured storylines that clearly articulate the business context, key insights, implications, recommendations, and actions.




• Apply strong creative and analytical thinking to simplify complex topics for executive audiences.
• Identify the"so what?" from business data and information and translate it into meaningful leadership insights.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand communication objectives, business context, and audience expectations.
• Bring strong information design and visualization thinking to make executive communications intuitive and impactful.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
• Incorporate the end-user perspective while supporting stakeholder communication and transformation initiatives.
• Support change communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities, as required.
• Leverage up-to-date productivity and generative AI tools where appropriate to synthesize information, enhance storytelling, and improve speed and quality of delivery.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, agility, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguity. Experience Desired
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in executive communication, business storytelling, consulting, transformation, strategic communication, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience creating executive/leadership-level presentations and one-pagers.
• Strong experience converting complex information and data into simple, structured, and impactful narratives.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exposure to consulting, transformation, strategy,



or executive communication environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting change or transformation initiatives is an advantage.
• Program or project management exposure is beneficial but is not a primary requirement for this role. Primary Skills

• Candidates from reputed design, communication, or similar institutions with strong analytical and business storytelling capabilities will be preferred.
• Strong business judgment, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
