Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the CNC/VMC/HMC service team.
• Handle machine installation, commissioning and breakdown support.
• Manage preventive maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with customers for service requirements.
• Monitor service team performance and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle customer escalations and pan-India service operations.
• Travel across India as per business requirements. Who We Are Looking For

E./B.
Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in CNC, VMC and HMC machines.
• Solid technical and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Team management and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel across India. Location Preference: Gujarat-based candidates will be preferred.
