Salary:
Up to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience) Job OverviewWe are looking for customer-focused and communication-oriented professionals to join our US Healthcare Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing assistance, resolving service-related concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls for US healthcare-related queries.
• Assist customers with healthcare service-related information and general enquiries.
• Address customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update interaction details in the system.
• Follow communication protocols, process guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely query resolution.




• Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments whenever required.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience – Voice Process only.
• Prior customer service or international voice process experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good listening, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Customer-centric attitude and willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment. Shift & Work Details

24/7 operations.
• Shift: Rotational shifts.
• Weekly Off: Rotational offs.
• Transportation: No cab facility provided.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
