About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with robust expertise in: ✅ End-to-End Accounting ✅ IND AS, US GAAP & IFRS Reporting ✅ Financial Statement Preparation & Consolidation ✅ AP/AR Management & Month-End Close ✅ Indian & US Taxation (GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, IRS Compliance) ✅ SOX Compliance & Internal Controls ✅ Statutory & Regulatory Reporting ✅ Audit Management & Audit Readiness ✅ FP&A;, Variance Analysis & Strategic Finance This role will partner with senior leadership to drive financial governance, performance management, compliance, and business decision-making across domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities
? Financial Reporting under IND AS, US GAAP & IFRS ? Lead Monthly,



Quarterly & Annual Closures ? Manage Financial Consolidation & Intercompany Accounting ? Oversee AP/AR Operations & Cash Flow Management ? Drive Tax Compliance across India & US Jurisdictions ? Lead Internal & External Audits ? Implement and Strengthen SOX & Internal Control Frameworks ? Provide Financial Insights, Forecasting & Business Performance Analysis ? Mentor and Develop High-Performing Finance Teams Qualifications ✔ CA Qualified/ CA Semi or finalist (Dropout) / CMA/ CPA / MBA
