Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tile Mason role based in Delhi, India. The Tile Mason will be responsible for laying and finishing floor and wall tiles, including cutting, leveling, and aligning tiles according to design plans and site specifications. Daily tasks include surface preparation, mixing and applying adhesives and grout, and ensuring clean, accurate joints and edges. The role involves interpreting drawings,



coordinating with site supervisors and other trades, and following safety guidelines and quality standards set by the company. The Tile Mason will also assist in repair and renovation work, inspect completed surfaces for defects, and maintain tools and materials in good working condition. Qualifications
• Strong practical skills in masonry and tile installation, including accurate measurement and leveling.
• Hands-on experience working with cement and related materials for tile fixing and finishing.
• Knowledge of brickwork and renovation practices for repair, modification, and surface preparation.
• Experience with stonework or similar hard-surface installation, including cutting and edge finishing.
• Ability to read basic drawings or layout plans and follow technical instructions on-site.
• Understanding of construction site safety practices and use of appropriate protective equipment.
• Physical stamina for manual work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Prior experience as a tile mason or related construction role; vocational training or apprenticeship is an advantage.
