Job Overview Ambulance Wala is looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee night-shift operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating ambulance services, handling driver schedules, and ensuring smooth fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls and ambulance booking enquiries (approximately 5–7 calls per shift).
• Coordinate with ambulance drivers for timely service delivery.
• Prepare and manage daily and weekly driver duty rosters.
• Monitor ambulance availability, deployment, and fleet maintenance.
• Track bookings, ongoing trips, cancellations, and service updates.
• Maintain driver attendance and operational records.
• Prepare daily operational reports for management.
• Monitor the company admin dashboard and update booking information.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
• Ensure smooth coordination and shift handovers. Eligibility & Requirements
• Management or Business Administration background preferred.




• Freshers with strong organisational and communication skills may apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage night-shift operations independently. Duty Schedule:

10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Day Off
