We're looking for an Analytics Lead who enjoys working with data, solving business problems and building teams. Someone who can bring structure to how we use data and help teams make better, faster decisions. What will you do?
• Take ownership of Chalo's analytics setup on Snowflake and ensure teams have access to reliable and consistent data.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and data models that answer important business questions.
• Take Chalo Insights to the next level by making reporting simpler, faster and more accessible across markets.
• Find ways to automate repetitive work and reduce the time spent on manual reporting.
• Work closely with business and product teams to understand their challenges and help them make data-backed decisions.




• Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts and BI Engineers, helping them grow and deliver quality work. What are we looking for?
• 6
- 8 years of experience in Analytics, BI or Analytics Engineering, including at least 2 years of leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake.
• Good understanding of data modelling, data pipelines and BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau or Power BI.
• Someone who is comfortable getting into the details, asking the right questions and solving problems independently.
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
