Responsibilities:
• Develop wave-based transition roadmaps covering scope definition, process assessment, implementation planning, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer activities, standard operating procedure alignment, training schedules, and readiness sign-offs between sending and receiving teams.
• Maintain RAID logs and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies through Day 1 launch and stabilization.
• Support finance process transformation initiatives by documenting process hierarchies, operating models, control requirements, and capability maturity assessments.
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs to evaluate post-transition performance and communicate progress to program governance forums. Skills Required:
• 3-5 years of experience in transition,



finance transformation, finance operations, or program management roles.
• Hands-on experience in transition management, finance process delivery, or finance transformation programs.
• Experience creating implementation plans, governance structures, migration roadmaps, and operational readiness plans.
• Understanding of operational risk management, internal controls, compliance requirements, and change management principles.
• Experience coordinating knowledge transfer, business readiness, process assessments, and cross-functional project execution. Valuable to Have:
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and stakeholder management experience.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
