15 LPA We are seeking an experienced and proactive Architect Liaisoning Manager to manage statutory approvals, government liaisoning, authority coordination, and project documentation for commercial, residential, retail, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience dealing with municipal authorities, government departments, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project approvals and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities
Statutory & Regulatory Approvals
• Obtain project approvals from Municipal Corporations, Development Authorities, Urban Planning Departments, Fire Department, Environmental Authorities, Airport Authority, and other regulatory bodies.
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit architectural drawings and approval documentation.
• Monitor approval timelines and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate occupancy certificates, commencement certificates, NOCs, and completion approvals. Government Liaisoning
• Maintain professional relationships with government departments,



in Any of the given entity MAHADA, BMC, MCGM, PMC, TMC, KDMC, VMC, Mira Bhayander MC, NMMC, to get the approval authorities & visit their Office If required.
• Coordinate with the above bodies for project permissions, water connection, Elevator Approval, and clearances.
• Track regulatory changes affecting construction and development projects.
• Resolve approval-related issues and expedite project clearances. Architectural Coordination
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, contractors, and project management teams for the completion of the site as per the given architectural drawings.
• Review architectural drawings for submission compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Development Control Regulations, or must have hands-on experience in getting the given approval CFO, DP, 342, IOD, CC Approval, Amendment Approval, OC, (DCR), UDCPR, Building Bye-laws, and local authority guidelines. Project Documentation
• Maintain approval trackers and statutory records.
• Prepare reports on approval status and compliance requirements.
• Manage project correspondence with consultants and authorities.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and project records. Stakeholder Management
• Act as the key point of contact between authorities, consultants, architects, and management.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership.
• Support project planning and approval strategies. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.
Arch).
• COA Registration preferred.
• 3-10 years of experience in architectural liaisoning and statutory approvals.
• Strong knowledge of Municipal Corporation processes and Building Regulations.
