Job Description
Position: Aftersales Engineer – CCS & ADAS Domain: Automotive / After Sales Key

Skills:
Connected Car Services, ADAS, Vehicle Diagnostics and Technical Support Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for automotive aftersales activities related to CCS and ADAS.
• Support troubleshooting of connected vehicle features and ADAS functionalities.
• Analyse customer complaints, vehicle issues and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
• Coordinate with OEMs, dealers and service centres to resolve technical issues.
• Work on connected vehicle technologies, telematics and remote diagnostics.
• Support ADAS systems such as:
• Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
• Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB)
• Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
• Lane Keep Assist (LKA)
• Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM)
