• Hands-on expertise in AI tools for ideation, image generation, editing, and visual development.
• Ability to write, refine, and troubleshoot prompts to achieve precise, consistent, brand-relevant results.
• Confidence in learning new AI platforms and choosing the right tool for each creative task.
• Strong finishing skills to turn AI-generated assets into polished, campaign-ready work.
• Ability to guide the team on effective AI workflows and assess the quality of generated outputs. Digital & Social Media Expertise
• Proven experience developing digital campaigns and social media content for brands.
• Thorough knowledge of platform-specific formats, specifications, and creative best practices, including statics, carousels, stories,



reels, and digital ads.
• Awareness of current design trends, emerging content formats, and template styles, with the judgment to apply them appropriately. Leadership, Ownership & Problem-Solving
• Experience managing designers, allocating work, setting priorities, and mentoring team members through constructive feedback.
• Accountability for both individual deliverables and the team’s quality, deadlines, and commitments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure while maintaining creative standards.
