Responsibilities:
• Handle quarterly and annual financial reporting and finalisation of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, and stock exchange requirements.
• Manage statutory, internal and tax audits.
• Prepare financial statements, annual reports and Board-related financial information.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST and Income Tax regulations.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor internal financial controls and corporate governance requirements. Candidate Profile:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
· Experience in Busy Accounting Software is preferred. Strong Excel and analytical skills.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a listed company.
• Robust knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act and Ind AS.
