Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, integrations, and data conversion activities. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in troubleshooting, data migration, and supporting Oracle HCM integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and support integrations in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Perform data conversion, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM integrations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and data flow.
• Support existing integrations and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide technical support during US EST business hours. Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly the HR module.
• Strong technical experience in integrations and data conversion.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud integration tools and data migration processes.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL/HSDL, and related technologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work during US EST business hours.
