We help brands build their presence through strategy, design, and engaging content. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into business. The role involves reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking; understanding their marketing requirements; presenting the agency’s services; and coordinating proposals and pitches with the creative team. The executive will manage follow-ups, negotiate commercials within agreed guidelines, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the account management team. They will also maintain an updated sales pipeline, track progress against targets, and identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services. Qualifications
• Previous experience in business development, sales,



or client acquisition, preferably within a creative, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
• Understanding of social media management, branding, content creation, and video production services.
• Ability to identify prospects and generate leads through research, outbound outreach, and networking.
• Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Experience preparing proposals and coordinating pitches with creative and strategy teams.
• Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to manage opportunities from initial contact through to closure.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and maintaining accurate records using CRM tools or sales trackers.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
