We conduct field research, impact evaluations, and policy studies with organizations working across areas such as education, health, livelihoods, and social development. Role Overview This role will suit a senior operations professional who can diagnose complex problems, bring teams together around solutions, and ensure that new systems are embedded—not just documented. ?

Location:
Gurgaon / Delhi NCR ? Work mode: Full-time, In office ⏳

Experience:
13+ years ? CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA, based on experience and fit

Key responsibilities
• Partner with senior leadership to identify organization-wide operational priorities.
• Lead structured reviews of existing workflows, roles, gaps, and decision-making processes.
• Develop future-state processes that improve quality, speed, visibility, accountability, and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition and process design to piloting, implementation, and review.
• Manage end-to-end field operations, including field budgets, vendors and external agencies field logistics and travel arrangements.




• Define process owners, decision rights, service expectations, and escalation pathways.
• Develop practical SOPs, operating manuals, process maps, and implementation plans.
• Work with relevant teams to design trackers, and operating reviews.
• Identify implementation barriers and adapt processes based on feedback and operational evidence.
• Maintain a prioritized pipeline of improvement initiatives and report progress to leadership.
• Build a culture of ownership, process discipline, learning, and continuous improvement. Experience and capabilities
• 13+ years of experience in internal operations, program operations, transformation, or organizational development.
• Experience leading the team of 40+ growing organization.
• Strong skills in field coordination, root-cause analysis, project planning, change management, and performance measurement.
• Experience in the development, research, consulting, or social-impact sector mandatory.
