Job Description
We are looking for a Locomotive Maintenance Programs Specialist with 2–4 years of relevant experience in locomotive maintenance, fleet maintenance, technical support, or reliability. Roles & Responsibilities
• Support locomotive maintenance programs and technical activities.
• Understand locomotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Handle troubleshooting and component replacement practices.
• Support scheduled and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
• Assist with fleet maintenance, reliability, and maintenance planning.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Coordinate with different teams and work independently in a fast-paced workplace. Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 2+ years of on-field locomotive maintenance, fleet maintenance, technical support, or reliability experience is mandatory.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience with maintenance management systems or maintenance planning tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications. Interview Process
