Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & P&L; Ownership
• Own the full profit and loss (P&L;) for Client of Pinnacle Group’s India operations across IT Services, IT Consulting, KPO, IT Training, and Software Products.

• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency across all business lines. Sales & Business Development
• Lead recent business development with government ministries, semi-government entities, GCCs, and large private-sector enterprises in India.
• Build and maintain C-level and senior executive and government relationships to identify, pursue, and win large IT services and consulting engagements.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, key account strategy, and major bid/proposal processes; personally lead negotiations on large or strategic deals.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling KPO, IT training, and software products into the existing client base. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for the company’s largest and most strategic India accounts.
• Represent Client of Pinnacle Group with regulators, industry associations, technology partners (e.g., global OEMs and software vendors), and at public/industry forums.
• Ensure compliance with India country statutory requirements, local labour laws, and other regulatory obligations. Operations & Delivery Oversight
• Oversee delivery quality and client satisfaction across all engagements, working closely with delivery and consulting leads.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management, and commercial discipline across projects and contracts. People Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop the India leadership team across sales and business development, and work in tandem with the company executive suite across delivery, operations, finance, and HR.
• Build a strong local talent pipeline, with particular attention to developing talent in line with country goals.
• Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture aligned with the company’s values. Candidate Profile Required Background
• Indian resident, with the vast majority of life and career based in India, and strong existing networks across government, GCCs and private-sector clients in the country.
• A significant portion of career spent with an IT Services / IT Consulting organization — ideally a global Tier-1 player with an established India presence, such as IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, or a top tier IOP service provider organization.

• Prior experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Client-Facing Leadership role is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of winning and managing large enterprise, GCCs or government IT contracts in India.
• Experience managing or contributing to a P&L; of meaningful scale (multi-million-dollar revenue base) is highly desirable. Skills & Attributes
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with comfort operating at CXO and senior executive levels.
• Working knowledge of the broader IT services landscape: infrastructure, consulting, KPO/BPO, training, and software products.
• Fluency in English and at least one other Indian langauge (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and people-management capability across multi-disciplinary teams.
• High personal integrity, and credibility with executives, government and regulatory stakeholders. Education & Experience
• A bachelor’s degree is typically expected; an MBA or equivalent is a plus but not mandatory. Age, gender, and specific educational background are not limiting factors — demonstrated experience and results matter most.
• Typically 12–20+ years of overall experience, with at least 5–10 years in a senior sales, business development, or general management capacity within IT services in India.

What We Offer
• Full P&L; leadership of a sizeable, well-established India business (~US$60M annualized revenue) within a diversified global IT services group.
