We are hiring for 3 HR positions: 1️⃣ HR MANAGER – 1 POSITION

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Monitor employee retention, performance and satisfaction.
- Supervise payroll, attendance and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Lead and manage the HR team.
- Coordinate with department heads to improve employee productivity.
- Prepare HR reports and present workforce metrics to management. 2️⃣ HR EXECUTIVE – OPERATIONS – 1 POSITION

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily attendance, leave records and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and welfare activities.
- Monitor statutory registers and compliance documentation.




- Coordinate with blue-collar employees across production and store operations.
- Manage employee joining formalities, documentation and exit procedures.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data. 3️⃣ HR EXECUTIVE – TALENT & ENGAGEMENT – 1 POSITION

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage high-volume recruitment for blue-collar employees and selective hiring for white-collar positions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Identify employee training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance reviews.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and support employee retention. ? REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust coordination, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment and employee management.
- Ability to handle both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and HR management systems.
