Role Description This full-time remote Senior DevOps Specialist role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure for Superfan.ng’s platform. The specialist will manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and optimize system performance across cloud environments. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with software engineers to streamline integration workflows, managing container orchestration platforms, ensuring robust monitoring and logging, and improving system reliability and incident response. The role also involves implementing best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery,



as well as contributing to architectural decisions that support platform growth and innovation. Qualifications
• Strong background in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and understand application lifecycle needs.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration practices and tools, including building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management of microservices-based architectures.
• Advanced Linux skills, including system administration, scripting, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and high availability architectures.
• Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, communicate clearly, and collaborate across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a senior or lead DevOps role preferred.
