Job Description
Itvedant Education is looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage end-to-end branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing Profit & Loss (P&L;), achieving revenue and admission targets, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational and academic excellence. The candidate should have strong experience in business operations, sales management, revenue generation, team leadership, and financial performance management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business & P&L; Management
• Take complete ownership of branch profitability, revenue growth, and cost management.
• Monitor financial performance, expenses, collections, and operational costs.
• Identify business gaps and implement strategies to improve profitability. 2. Sales & Revenue Generation
• Drive admission targets, lead conversions, and revenue generation.
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance and branch capacity utilization.
• Monitor business targets and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals. 3. Branch Operations & Team Management
• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and coordinate Sales, Academic, Operations, and Placement teams.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and target achievement. 4. Academic & Placement Management
• Monitor batch performance, student attendance, engagement, and academic progress.
• Ensure timely placement support and improved student career outcomes.
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams to maintain service quality. 5. Student Relationship & Grievance Management
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention.




• Handle escalations, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Build strong student and alumni relationships to encourage referrals. 6. Compliance & Operational Excellence
• Ensure adherence to company policies, financial procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor infrastructure, resource utilization, documentation, and branch hygiene.
• Maintain accurate business reports and operational records. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in Branch Management, Center Management, Business Operations, or Sales Management.
• Strong knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L;) Management, Revenue Generation, and Cost Optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets, managing conversions, and driving business growth.
• Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, Retail, Banking, or Service Industries will be preferred. Required Skills
