Job Title: Manual and Automation Test Engineer Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer with a strong background in manual and automation testing to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, along with expertise in various testing tools and technologies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Execution of manual testing using test design techniques and requirement analysis.
• End to End functional and technical understanding of application and its integrated 3rd party applications.
• Identification of test scenarios, create test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop, execute, and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and TestNG, including test grouping, parallel execution, and reporting.
• Build robust UI and API automation frameworks from scratch using Java, Selenium, RestAssured, TestNG, Maven, and best practices in design.
• Design and implement Cucumber BDD frameworks for scalable, behavior-driven testing.
• Automate and validate REST and GraphQL APIs (queries, mutations, schema validation) using RestAssured.
• Execute cross-browser testing and automate database validation using SQL.
• Manage automated tests with TestNG, including parallel runs, grouping, parameterization, retry logic, and detailed reporting.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to refine requirements and improve overall software quality.




• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven) for continuous testing.
• Continuously enhance and maintain automation frameworks for scalability, reusability, and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in manual testing, execution tracking, and defect reporting.
• Experience using JIRA for defect tracking and Xray/Zephyr for test management
• Proven hands-on experience of 2 years in Automation using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Experience building and maintaining Cucumber BDD frameworks.
• Strong expertise in API automation using RestAssured and GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of core Java, OOP principles, debugging, and clean code practices.
• Robust SQL skills for database validation and automation.
• Experience with TestNG, including annotations, execution management, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or other modern automation tools.
• Knowledge of Python scripting for automation utilities.
• Exposure to API contract/schema validation frameworks.
• Experience conducting performance testing using JMeter.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs), or containerized test execution. SQL, Selenium, Manual Testing
